CLAY Bible Study

CLAY Small Group Bible Study

CLAY stands for Community Learning About Yahweh, a recognition that God shapes and forms the lives of God’s people when they read the Bible together. CLAY participants are disciples, asking “How does this scripture interpret my life?” and “Who is God calling me to be for my neighbor?” This approach welcomes questions rather than relying on curriculum, if you are interested in participating in a CLAY Bible Study Group, contact Pastor John @ pastorjohn@besidethesea.org

10:15am - 10:45am (between the 9:00am & 11:00am services)
Each Sunday between services, a brief Adult Bible Study meets in the church conference room.  Led by Pastor John, the group takes a quick look at one or more of the Bible passages that will be heard the following Sunday.  This helps the participants be more aware of the lessons and theme for the day (and it also helps the preacher with his sermon.  No homework - just come as often as you wish!
